ENROLLMENT RULES AND TERMS

(1) Once the enrollment process is completed, the student’s place at the school is reserved. Therefore, the enrollment fee is non-refundable in the event of non-attendance. All contracted services must be paid regardless of any circumstances beyond our control.

(2) At all times while using Sevilla Reggio Emilia School facilities, students and their families must respect the installations, equipment, and belongings of others. The staff’s instructions must be followed. The school staff have the right to enforce admission rules in accordance with current commercial legislation.

(3) If the enrollment process is not completed correctly or if the established behavior rules are not respected, Educo-Música reserves the right to cancel the student’s enrollment or attendance, without refund of any fees paid.

(4) Students suffering from any contagious or infectious disease that could affect other users are not allowed to attend the school until a medical professional authorizes their return.

(5) To protect the anonymity of participants, families and companions are not authorized to photograph or film activities or facilities at Sevilla Reggio Emilia School. However, families may expressly authorize Educo-Música® to record audiovisual material of the students for the sole purpose of documenting and sharing the activities with families and the organization. No other use of this material is permitted.

(6) For safety reasons, families and companions are generally prohibited from accessing school facilities, except when expressly authorized by the school or Educo-Música Project. Such access must always be punctual and justified.

(7) Each student must bring the required materials daily, as well as the appropriate uniform.

Conditions

(1) Both Educo-Música and the school carry Civil Liability Insurance.

(2) Fees may vary for students in Special Education programs (please consult before enrollment).

(3) Payment of Services and Changes

– The management companies of Sevilla Reggio Emilia School are Educo-Música® Innova S.L., Educomex S.L., and OcioAmbiente S.L. All payments and refunds are handled by these companies, who are legally responsible for any issues related to the school’s operations.

– Enrollment fees and material fees are non-refundable.

NOTE: Enrollment remains active for the academic year and, if applicable, for the summer period referenced. If a student withdraws and later returns, the enrollment must be paid again, and any previous discounts for returning students are forfeited.

– Materials (when applicable) will be provided during the first month of classes, depending on supplier delivery times.

– The first monthly payment will be charged after the student has attended the first two classes following enrollment, whether or not attendance occurs. The date of the second class marks the final day for any notifications regarding modifications, including cancellation of enrollment.

– If enrollment is canceled during this period, no monthly fees will be charged. However, if no notification is received, the enrollment is considered accepted and payments will begin automatically.

– Any changes to the initial enrollment (including cancellation) must be notified via email to info@sevillareggioemiliaschool.es within the established deadlines.

– Monthly payments are debited between the 1st and 5th of each month. Notification of changes must be made between the 1st and 20th of the previous month, to take effect the following month. For example, a change for November must be notified before October 20, and for December, before November 20, and so on.

– All fees are debited from the client’s account in full. Returned payments will incur a €12 surcharge. Please contact the school office in case of any payment issues to avoid surcharges and resolve problems promptly.

(6) Rules for Continuing or Canceling Enrollment for Subsequent School Years:
Unless families indicate otherwise in writing before March 20 of each school year, enrollment will be automatically renewed on April 1 under the conditions and benefits previously communicated by Educo-Música® via email and the online family portal. If renewal is not desired and proper notice is given, the spots will become available for new enrollments.
